SOFTWARE:
- ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS.
- All software licenses must initially be purchased at the normal list price before a discounted renewal rate applies.
– Software purchased mid-calendar year will receive a prorated renewal discount for the following calendar year. - Software licenses must be renewed annually for each calendar year.
- Paysoft will email you with details regarding your software license renewal.
- We are now extending our discounted renewal rates to all license upgrades!
– To qualify for the discounted rate, you must place your order during the renewal period.
– Contact our office or check your email for details.
– License upgrades purchased outside of the renewal period do not qualify for this discount.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
- No refunds on supplies, credit only.
- Returned supplies are subject to a 25% restocking / repackaging fee.
- We will try our best to get all orders out the same day, but we cannot guarantee same-day shipping if an order is placed after 12:00PM PST.
- W-2 Supplies will ship by December 15.
- Shipping department is closed on Fridays. All orders placed after 12:00PM PST on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday.
- No returns after 6 months of order date.
- Shipping totals are estimated. Your final shipping rate may vary based on your location. Residential addresses will incur an additional fee.
